We provide IPTV subscriptions through IPTV-British.uk. Each connection is limited to one device; simultaneous use on multiple devices is not permitted. Attempting to use more than one device simultaneously may result in permanent termination of your subscription. If you require multi-device access, please select the appropriate plan from our pricing page. Freezing and occasional downtime are normal for IPTV services worldwide. Therefore, you may experience these issues. Channels and VOD content in any package are subject to updates, changes, or removal without prior notice. We offer support to our IPTV resellers for any panel-related issues. IPTV subscription credentials are typically sent to the client’s registered email within 1 business day after receiving a clear payment. It is the client’s responsibility to understand how IPTV works and its nature. We perform maintenance on our servers periodically, and downtime may occur at any time without a specific timeframe estimate.
SERVICE CANCELLATION
You are not required to inform us if you plan to cancel or place your subscription on hold. If you choose to place your subscription on hold, your service will cease at the end of your current subscription period. No payment is necessary to cancel or pause your subscription.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
IPTV-British.uk guarantees that all TV subscription codes purchased from our website will be activated for the agreed-upon period. For any server-related issues or non-functioning content, please contact us, and we will endeavor to resolve the problems. We do not sell any IPTV boxes; clients are responsible for obtaining their own box. If you wish to modify your subscription plan (e.g., add extra time or connections) within 7 days of purchase, please contact us for assistance.
PAYMENT
Payments are processed via credit card, PayPal, and other payment gateways. If a transaction fails, please contact your bank to authorize the transaction. IPTV-British.uk reserves the right to cancel any payment if it is found to be unpaid or if the client used credits to place the order. We do not support payments made through “applied credits.” By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part, you are not permitted to access our service.

By creating an account on our website, you agree to receive newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information from us. However, you may opt out of receiving any or all of these communications by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any emails we send, or through support tickets on your registered account on our website.
